How VAT and invoices work on Novara Launch

VAT is added where due. Enter a VAT number at checkout to avoid charges if you qualify. Your invoices live in your account.

What VAT applies

Prices shown here are before VAT. Whether VAT is added depends on where you are.

If you're in the UK, 20 percent VAT is added. A UK VAT number removes it; the number is checked and printed on your invoice.

EU businesses can provide a valid VAT number. When the EU VIES service confirms it, reverse charge applies and no VAT is charged. Consumers within the EU see VAT at their own country's rate.

Everywhere else, no UK VAT is charged.

Entering your VAT number

Add your number when you pay, or later in /account/billing. If VIES cannot verify it at that moment, VAT is charged and you'll see a notice. You can update it afterwards.

Finding your invoices

Invoices are issued by Zinn Digital® Ltd (UK) and sent by email after payment. The full record—invoices and credit notes both—sits in /account/invoices as PDFs, ready to download whenever you need them.

Questions people ask

When is VAT charged?
VAT applies to UK customers at 20 percent. If you're a business in the EU with a registered VAT number, no charge. Consumers in the EU see their local rate. Elsewhere, no UK VAT.
Where do I enter my VAT number?
At checkout during payment, or in /account/billing afterwards. It's checked against the EU VIES register; if it can't be verified immediately, VAT is charged that time.
How do I get my invoice?
It's emailed after payment, and a copy lives in /account/invoices as a PDF.
