What happens to payment if a listing is removed?

Purchases do not refund after payment, except when we take down your listing—then your money returns automatically.

Updated

On the wall: what stays paid

Once your payment clears, it is final. This applies to all purchases on Novara Launch and does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

The one exception on display

If our curation team rejects or removes a paid listing, we refund the full amount automatically to your original payment method. You will also receive a credit note. If you paid in cryptocurrency, we will ask you for a payout address so we can return the funds.

Disputed payments

When a payment is disputed or reversed with your bank or payment processor, any listing bought with that order is taken down while the matter is under review. If we win the dispute, the listing can go back up. Your statutory rights remain unaffected throughout.

Questions people ask

Will I get my money back if you remove my listing?
Yes. We refund the full payment automatically to the card or account you used, and issue a credit note as well.
What if I paid by crypto?
We will ask you for a payout address to send the refund. Without it, we cannot process the return.
What happens during a payment dispute?
Your listing comes down while the dispute is open. If we prevail, it goes back up. If you lose, the takedown stands.
