A free Taglish reference shelf for Philippine freelancing, with a calculator, templates and a hiring guide for buyers
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site that explains freelancing in the Philippines in Taglish, covering setup, client hunting, pricing and getting paid, plus a guide for businesses that want to hire Filipino freelancers. It suits Filipino freelancers who want local detail such as BIR rules, peso amounts and GCash or Maya payments rather than generic Western advice. The public pages present a clear, honest offer with no cost or sign-up, and openly disclose the site's commercial connection to Zinn Hub.
Key takeaways
- The site states that every guide, tool and resource is free, with no paywall, no hidden fees and no registration required.
- Content sits in six hubs: getting started, finding clients, rates, payments, hiring Filipino freelancers and a Zinn Hub walkthrough.
- Practical tools include a rate calculator in PHP and USD plus contract, proposal and invoice templates.
- Writing in natural Taglish with Philippine specifics such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, GCash and Maya is the site's main point of difference.
- The founder, Norman Galanza, is named, and the Zinn Hub connection is disclosed on the about page, the team page and in the terms.
- The site reminds readers that it does not give personalised legal or financial advice and that peso figures are general guides only.
