If you reach your monthly limit for runs or response records, you won't be able to run more requests until your limits reset at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Scheduled runs are paused when you hit your limit.

Yes. Your subscription is tied to a Data Fetcher workspace, not individual bases. You can use Data Fetcher across different Airtable bases and workspaces, sharing your monthly allocation of runs and response records.
